Machine brief description
Extrusion coating and lamination machine is specially designed for online extrusion coating and lamination of film products. It features a number of improvements regarding the efficiency, accuracy and durability when compared to other similar machines. It is a common tool for the food packaging industry.
Suitable laminations for this equipment include BOPP, BOPET, CPP, CPE, aluminum foil and other thin film laminations. Suitable raw materials include LDPE, PP, EVA, EAA and other coating-grade coating resins.
1. The running speed is maintained at a high speed of 120m/minute, and carries out an automatic film connection, automatic tension control and automatic deviation rectification. It features a high efficiency and reliability.
2. The accuracy of the thin film lamination machine reaches 2 to 3 times that of a paper lamination machine, and achieves nearly zero errors in tension, film uniformity, edge closing, or rectifying deviations.
3. Almost all the models in this series are designed according to customer product laminations and formulas.
The production speed of the equipment is extremely fast. The whole roll of paper can be used up in almost 8 minutes. Thus, it is necessary to use an automatic paper splicing device and the non-axle feeding mechanism to replace the paper roll quickly.
4. We have a complete supply chain for every key component: bearing, glue coating system, screw material, screw speed and screw die. We can choose different products to adapt to customer requirements.
