PE Breathable Film Extrusion Line

The PE breathable film extrusion line features the same film extrusion process as other cast film lines. It's equipped with the vertical machine direction orientation unit (MDO stretching unit) to produce PE film with micro pores. The breathable film is named because of the high-density micro pores in the film, which is characterized by high breathability and cloth-like hand feeling. This makes it ideally suitable for using as the backsheet for baby diapers, sanitary napkins, medical dressings, etc.
