Meltblown Line
(PP Melt Blown Fabric Machine)
The meltblown line is used to make PP melt blown fabrics meeting KN90-95 standard. The meltblown non-woven fabrics manufactured by the PP melt blown fabric machine can be used as the indispensable material of the face masks, air filters, and wiping cloths.
The meltblown line consists of feeding system, extruder, electric control cabinet, spinneret, inline winding & slitting, screen changer, meter pump, hot air system, roots blower, suction fan, etc.
